At Upstyler UK, we value our customers more than anything. If you’re unhappy with any product, you can return it to us!

For refunds, all items bought at Upstyler UK returned within 30 days from the day of purchase are eligible for a full refund. All items that are returned must be unused and should contain all of the original packaging and tags [Additional refund requirements]. 

Some products are not eligible for returns, such as intimate wears. To return a product you are dissatisfied with, you can contact us.

We don't accept returns/ exchange of products that fall under the below-mentioned categories:

  1. Worn products
  2. Products that look washed
  3. Products with missing tags.
  4. Soiled/stained products with glitter or any other particles
  5. Products that emit perfume/lotion fragrance or body odour
  6. Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging
  7. Products that you buy on clearance sale are not eligible for return irrespective of whether you dislike the colour, style, quality, or size.
  8. A said product can be exchanged only once. Thus, exchanged products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  9. It is important to understand that the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange.


We follow strict guidelines regarding the hygiene of intimate wear hence, the following products cannot be returned due to intimate hygiene reasons:

  2. Thongs
  3. Bodysuits

The below is a list of items that you can exchange or refund given a size issue/fault in the product.

  2. Nightwear other than pyjama and shorts set
  3. All accessories
  4. Bralettes
  5. Cami Bras
  6. Tube bras
  7. Lingerie Sets
  8. Leggings


If your product(s) meets the above policies, then they are eligible for return/ exchange, and here is how to do it:

  • Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • You can contact us at and get the help of our customer care agents to return/exchange your products.
  • The email subject should contain the order ID for reference and attach a few images of the product to understand your issue further.
